A step-by-step & certified harvest process

1. Grown in Prime Soil Regions​
We plant avocado trees in the top-soil growing regions of Michoacán, Mexico, where ideal natural conditions allow the fruit to grow properly.
2. Natural Growth Under Good Conditions
Under good weather conditions and proper watering, our avocados develop naturally and consistently, reaching excellent growth as expected.
3. Extreme Care by Dedicated Growers
We give the fruit extreme care through growers who have dedicated their entire lives to avocado cultivation and ensure proper attention at all times.
4. Harvested at the Perfect Growing Stage
We wait for the perfect avocado growing stage, and once it reaches the ideal caliber and ripeness, it is immediately scheduled for the cutting process.
5. Selection From Diverse Avocado Orchards
Counting on diverse avocado orchards, we select the ones with the best ripening timing and those that are eligible to fulfill our upcoming orders.
6. Cutting Performed by Trained Squads
The cut process is performed by our trained cutting squads, and it is always supervised by Freshavos at every moment to ensure accuracy and care.
7. Immediate Recollection and Proper Handling
Immediate recollection and proper care are carried out once our trucker arrives at the site to begin transporting the avocado to the packaging facility.

Packaging Process

How we prepare and pack every freshavos shipment

We follow a strict, certified workflow to classify, pack, and prepare every order—ensuring full compliance with U.S. and Mexican export standards.

Shipment Unloaded

As soon as the avocados arrive at our packaging facility, the shipment is carefully unloaded for processing.

Classification Line

Inside the facility, the fruit goes through a full classification run where export calibers begin to appear.

Certified Packing

Certified packers handle each size, placing every avocado in the proper Freshavos box for consistency and quality.

Quality Supervision

Our quality and sanitation department supervises the entire packaging event to ensure compliance with USDA, GLOBAL GAP, SENASICA, and PRIMUS standards.

Pallet Assembly

Once packed, the fruit is organized into full pallets according to the next U.S. buyer order.

Export Loading

Shipments are loaded into Freshavos-certified trailers so the export process can begin.
